Kentucky Art Education Association Kentucky Art Education Association (KAEA) is a nonprofit art education association that was established in March 1945 and is an affiliate of the National Art Education Association (NAEA). Use this site as a major resource tool for art education and as a helpful guide for informational artistic needs. Our goal is to provide practical material and resources for use in the field of art education and the humanities.

Journal of Aesthetic Education Journal of Aesthetic Education: The major purpose of the Journal of Aesthetic Education is to clarify the issues of aesthetic education understood in its most extensive meaning, including not only the problems of formal instruction in the arts and the humanities at all levels of education, but also the aesthetic problems of and responses to the issues of the larger society. Issued quarterly.
International Journal of Education & Arts These include musical, pictorial, and videographic, as well as verbal/print. Multi-media formats are especially welcome. Whatever the mode employed, articles (as examples of good art) should provide important insights into, or suggest provocative questions about, the phenomena of arts education.
The Journal of Social Theory in Art Education (JSTAE) The Journal of Social Theory in Art Education (JSTAE) is a publication of the Caucus on Social Theory & Art Education (CSTAE), an affiliate of the National Art Education Association. Its editorial policy is in compliance with the CSTAE's constitutional mandate: to promote the use of theoretical concepts from the social sciences which include, but are not limited to, anthropology, sociology, and political science to study visual culture and the teaching of art; to inform art educators about theory and practice in the social sciences, thus acting as a liaison between social scientists and art educators; to encourage research into the social context of visual culture and teaching art; and to develop socially relevant programs for use in the teaching of art.
Ohio Art Education Association(O.A.E.A.) Journal The O.A.E.A. Journal is a publication of the Ohio Art Education Association. During the last fifteen years, the Journal has featured articles of theoretical concern for classroom art teachers, supervisors, museum educators, art therapists and college art educators.
the National Art Education Association Founded in 1947, the National Art Education Association's purpose is to promote art education through professional development, service, advancement of knowledge, and leadership. To that end, the Association holds public discussions and publishes books, journals, reports, surveys, flyers, and other materials.
The Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism Established in 1942 by the American Society for Aesthetics, The Journal of Aesthetics and Art Criticism publishes current research articles, special issues, and timely book reviews in aesthetics and the arts. The term "aesthetics," in this connection, is understood to include all studies of the arts and related types of experience from a philosophical, scientific, or other theoretical standpoint.
